Office 2007 SP1

Downloaded SP1 for office 2007 yesterday and have the following problems.
First,Outlook has slowed down tremendously but the most curious issue is a
window pops up saying "BCM Office Admin" with the following "Office
Applications version does not match". This pops up anytime I try to open a
Word document or Excel fine. Even tried downloading the compatability
software with no luck. Can anyone help me?
